Employer Talent Pilot terms
Version 1.0 · Last updated 10 October 2026
Text in square brackets will be completed before paid programmes open.
These terms summarise the Employer Talent Pilot. Each pilot is set out in a signed Employer Talent Pilot Agreement and order form (Schedule A), which applies if anything here differs from it.
1. The parties
SprintPivot is provided by SprintPivot Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (company number [to be added]), registered office [to be added]. Contact: support@sprintpivot.co.uk.
2. What a pilot is
A limited, time-limited pilot for evidence-led talent discovery. It is not an unlimited recruitment subscription and it does not renew automatically.
3. Price and payment
The pilot fee is £1,000 for the scope in your signed order form. Payment terms and VAT treatment are stated on your order form and invoice. Extensions and any extra roles, users, access or services need a written agreement with clear pricing before they start. No placement fee or other extra fee is payable unless agreed in writing.
4. Duration
A pilot normally runs for 12 weeks from its agreed start date. After the end date, your access continues free of charge for 7 days so that you can agree an extension; after that, candidate access ends.
5. Scope
Your order form sets out the exact dates, roles, named users, access limits, deliverables, support and exclusions. Only if it says so, a pilot may include: time-limited talent-discovery access; candidate profiles and evidence that candidates have agreed to share; shortlisting support against agreed role requirements; introductions where suitable candidates are available and agree; employer project briefs; and a closing report. A marketing description does not, by itself, add a service that is not in your order form.
6. No guarantee
We do not guarantee any number of candidates, shortlists, introductions, interviews, offers, hires or retention unless a specific written commitment is added to your order form. Candidate availability depends on the real participant pool, candidate consent and suitability. You make your own hiring decisions and carry out your own right-to-work, background and qualification checks.
7. Candidate data and fair use
You see only anonymised profiles of candidates on Accelerate who have chosen to be visible. Use candidate data only for the agreed recruitment purpose; keep it confidential and secure; restrict access to people with a genuine hiring need; do not sell, publish, scrape, bulk-export or repurpose it; keep it only as long as the agreed retention period; help with data-rights requests; tell us promptly about any suspected breach; and use fair, role-related criteria without unlawful discrimination. Data-protection roles and any data-sharing agreement are documented before a pilot starts. See our privacy notice.
8. Evidence labels
Profiles may contain self-reported experience, submitted projects and mentor feedback, each labelled accurately. Do not treat a self-reported or self-checked skill as mentor-validated or certified unless the profile shows that. Mentor feedback is not a formal qualification or a guarantee of future performance.
9. Your responsibilities
Give accurate role requirements, name a pilot contact, give timely feedback where included, treat candidates professionally, avoid discriminatory role descriptions, and tell us if a role closes or changes materially.
10. Employer project briefs
If included, your order form sets the number, scope, deadlines, evaluation criteria and ownership of each brief, and whether it is simulated or tied to a real business need. Unless separately agreed in writing, a brief is an educational evaluation activity, not free commercial work. Do not request confidential business information without safeguards, and do not use candidate submissions commercially without a separate written licence. Candidate participation is voluntary and is not employment.
11. Confidentiality and intellectual property
Each party protects the other's non-public information. Each keeps its pre-existing intellectual property; you keep rights in your materials and role briefs. Candidate work stays with the candidate: viewing or reviewing it does not transfer ownership.
12. Access and security
Access is limited to your named users and your pilot's dates and scope. Protect your credentials, do not share accounts, and report suspected unauthorised access. We may suspend access where reasonably necessary to protect the platform or candidate data, with notice and a chance to resolve the issue where appropriate.
13. Cancellation, refunds and extension
Your order form sets out the cancellation, refund, extension and early-termination terms before you sign.
14. Ending a pilot
A pilot ends on its end date (after the 7-day grace period) unless extended in writing. Either party may end it after 14 days' written notice of a material breach that has not been put right, or immediately for serious data, security, fraud or unlawful-use concerns. When a pilot ends, your access stops and you return or delete candidate data as agreed and as the law requires.
15. Liability and law
Liability terms are set out in your signed agreement. Nothing excludes liability where that would be unlawful, and we are not responsible for your hiring decisions or a candidate's future performance except where the law requires. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
