Know where you're going. Know what you need. Build the proof.

SprintPivot connects the parts of a career change that usually live in separate places: the plan, the learning, the practice, the feedback, the evidence and the introductions.

Six stages, one connected record

Each stage feeds the next, and everything you do adds to a single profile.

  1. 01DiscoverUnderstand your starting point and your target.
  2. 02BuildDevelop the skills you need.
  3. 03PractiseWork through realistic projects.
  4. 04ProveCreate evidence and receive validation.
  5. 05ConnectMeet mentors and become visible to employers.
  6. 06TransitionMove towards interviews and your next role.

What you actually receive

A starting-point assessment

A Career Readiness Score comparing your current skills with the requirements of your target role, and a list of what transfers.

A personalised pathway

Weekly modules with objectives, curated resources and a practical task, ordered around your gaps.

Realistic projects

Workplace-style briefs: investigate churn, triage a phishing incident, ship an API, evaluate an AI assistant.

Mentor review (Accelerate)

A transition session, two project reviews and a capstone review with written feedback, plus competency feedback for the skills a mentor has reviewed.

A Career Proof profile

Your skills labelled by evidence, your portfolio, mentor feedback and interview readiness in one place.

Employer visibility, on your terms

Anonymised discovery by recruiters looking for demonstrated capability. You choose when to switch it on.

Career Proof: evidence, not attendance

Every skill on your profile carries its evidence level.

  • Self-assessed: what you told us during onboarding.
  • Practised: used in a submitted project.
  • Mentor-verified: an experienced practitioner confirmed it meets the standard for your target role.

Only mentor verification turns a skill teal. There are no automated scores: every verified skill has been reviewed by a person.

Technology gives you the pathway. People help you navigate it.

On Accelerate, your project and capstone reviews come from a mentor who works in the field. You get written feedback against published criteria, and a skill is only marked as mentor-reviewed when a person has checked your work.

Questions

Is SprintPivot a course provider?

No. Learning is one part. SprintPivot combines a personalised pathway with practical projects and a Career Proof profile. Accelerate adds a defined mentor package and employer visibility you control. We link to high-quality free resources where they already exist rather than recreating them.

How is my work assessed?

Every project has published review criteria. On Sprint you check your own work against them. On Accelerate, an experienced mentor reviews two projects and your capstone against them and gives written feedback. We do not give automated scores: a skill is only marked as mentor-verified when a person has reviewed your work.

Who can see my profile?

Nobody outside SprintPivot until you switch on employer visibility. Even then, profiles are anonymised with a candidate code until you accept an employer's request.

How much time do I need?

Most pathways need six to eight hours a week. They are designed to fit around a full-time job.
