Cancellation and refunds

This policy explains how to cancel a SprintPivot purchase and how refunds work. It forms part of our career changer programme terms. Nothing in it affects your legal rights.

Cancelling within 14 days

You can cancel within 14 days of buying a programme, an upgrade or an extension, for any reason.

• If you chose to start after the 14-day period: we refund everything you paid.
• If you asked us to start straight away: we refund what you paid, minus a proportionate amount for the service you received before you cancelled. We work this out as (a) the share of your 12-week access you used, based on the platform-access part of the price, plus (b) the agreed value of any mentor session or review already delivered to you.
• Downloaded materials: once you start downloading project materials, you lose the right to cancel for those materials only, because you agreed to this at checkout.

We refund within 14 days of your cancellation, to your original payment method, without any fee, and we stop any remaining payments.

After 14 days

You can stop at any time, and we will stop any remaining payments, but payments already made are not normally refunded. This does not affect your legal rights: if something we provided was not as described or not done with reasonable care and skill, contact us and we will put it right, or give a price reduction or refund where the law requires.

Upgrades and extensions

Each is a new purchase with its own 14-day right to cancel. If you cancel an upgrade, you return to Sprint for the rest of your current 12 weeks.

Missed payments

If a monthly payment fails, we remind you and retry it. We never charge a penalty or fee, and we never delete your work because of a missed payment.

Tell us clearly that you want to cancel, by replying to your order email or emailing support@sprintpivot.co.uk. You can use the form below, but you do not have to.
